There are 2 models of vacuum balance tanks:

• 100 lt. capacity, with 6 connections for pipes up to 3 1/2".

• 32 lt. capacity, with 2 or 3 connections up to 2 1/2".

Both models are supplied with wall mounts, to be installed at the most convenient point of the installation.

A) PROGRAMADOR LAVADO ELECTR. MA-II

It consists of 2 complete programs. Program 1 is performed with alkaline detergent immediately after each milking, through 3 different cycles:

• Rinse with cold water.

• Wash with hot water and detergent.

• Rinse with cold water.

Program 2 is performed 1 or 2 times a week. It involves washing with detergent and disinfectant acid, through the following cycles:

• Rinse with cold water.

• Wash with hot water and detergent.

• Rinse with cold water.

• Wash with hot water and disinfectant acid.

• Rinse with cold water.

Cold water can be replaced with lukewarm water in both programs. One of the advantages of the electronic system is that the times of the different cycles that make up both programs can be adjusted according to the size and needs of the installation.

B) PROGRAMADOR LAVADO ELECTR. MA-III

The MA-III WASH PROGRAMMER performs the same washing procedures as the MA-II model. The difference between the two models lies in that this model has 2 pumps, which automatically take the detergent and acid. Each pump has its own timer, allowing the dosage of products to be adjusted with maximum precision.

The MNV-400 vacuum regulator is the essential complement for the proper functioning of the installation. With a high regulation capacity, it offers an immediate and precise reaction to minimize vacuum fluctuations as much as possible.

With a capacity of 70 liters in stainless steel. Milk inlets adjustable from 40 mm to 76 mm, depending on the model and installation needs. All models come equipped with:

• Impurity tank with an 8-liter capacity, featuring a circulation washing system.
• High-capacity stainless steel milk pump, with connections for washing the impurity tank.
• Electronic level probe with a stainless steel magnetic float.

• Pre-wired milk pump control box with thermal protection.
• Food-grade plastic lid for inspection and manual cleaning of the container from the inside.

Milking clusters with a large capacity collector (450 cc) and lightness ensure a quick evacuation of milk, constant milking vacuum, and optimal adaptation to the udder's morphology. They can be supplied with an automatic shut-off valve or without a valve when removers are installed. Their design facilitates the grip and placement of the milking cluster.
